ForceableCure (“we,” “us”) is a one-person axe restoration business operated by Travis Joel Pennington. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the limited ways it's shared.
What we collect
- Account info: name, email, and a password hash when you create an account or place an order.
- Order & shipping info: address, phone (optional), and the items you bought. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers.
- Commission requests: anything you describe in the commission form, plus the photo you attach.
- Messages: contact-form submissions and any reviews you leave.
- Newsletter: email address only, used to send shop updates. Unsubscribe link is in every email.
How we use it
- To process and ship your orders.
- To answer your messages and follow up on commissions.
- To send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, review requests).
- To send newsletter or campaign emails if you've subscribed.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for advertising. Period.
Who handles your data
- Stripe — payments. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Microsoft Azure — hosting (Static Web Apps, Functions, Postgres on Neon, Blob Storage, Communication Services for email).
- Pirate Ship / USPS (when used) — shipping label generation. They receive your shipping address.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie set by NextAuth so you stay signed in. No third-party trackers, no analytics cookies.
Your rights
You can request to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold on you at any time. Email travis@forceablecure.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.
Children
ForceableCure isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we update this policy, the “Last updated” date at the top will change. Material changes will be announced via the newsletter if you're subscribed.
